Are you the same shop as PrimeTime Collision?
Yes. Same address, same phone, same people. The name changed to 123 Auto Works in September 2026 because the shop does towing, mechanical repair and body work, and the old name only described one of the three.
Do you tow, or do you send someone else?
We tow it in ourselves and repair it in our own shop, so the car doesn't get handed between two companies and nobody points at the other when something goes wrong.
Do you handle the insurance claim?
Yes, with every insurance company. You don't sit on hold and you don't chase the adjuster. That's our job, not yours.
What does an estimate cost?
Nothing. Walk in during shop hours, call 347-256-3654, or send the ticket on this page. Repairs are quoted per car after we look at it.
How long will it take?
Dents and bumpers are usually one to two days. Major body work runs five to ten. You get a timeline before we start and a call from us if it changes.
